Chile&#8217;s Nitrogen Revolution and the Global Nitrogen Challenge.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The prize is awarded by the Environmental History Research Cluster Austria, and acknowledges conceptual and empirical approaches to environmental history, which are interdisciplinary and contribute significantly to advancing the field as an interdisciplinary endeavor. He received the award from Verena Winiwarter, Secretary of the Environmental History Research Cluster Austria (EHCA) and President of the International Consortium of Environmental History Organizations (ICEHO) on July 26th at the closing ceremony of the 3rd\u00a0World Environmental History Conference, in Florianopolis, Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Professor San Mart\u00edn is a global historian and STS (Science &amp; Technology Studies) scholar. His research examines the interactions between science, expertise, and public policy in global environmental issues.
